What is the purpose of this site?   

 This site will be activated in the event of a crisis* at, or having an impact on, any Allstate facility. Once activated, this site will provide timely, pertinent information to Allstate employees, Exclusive Agents, Exclusive Financial Specialists, Contingent Workers, Non-Proprietary Distribution Partners and family members.

  

Are there other crisis communication vehicles that can be accessed during a major critical incident?

Yes. Allstate employees and family members can also access the Allstate Crisis Communication Line at 855-ALL-ALERT ((855-255-2537) to report and retrieve messages during a critical incident or crisis*. This line will contain the same information as posted on this website, as well as gather additional information (e.g. employee whereabouts, medical status, etc.) should it become necessary to do so.

 *A critical incident or crises could include:

  • Large, uncontained fires
  • Bomb threats
  • Pandemic outbreak
  • Natural disasters that cause major damage to facilities
  • Severe injury of multiple employees
  • Any unexpected event that interrupts Allstate’s business processes for an extended amount of time
